At Phatt Tans & Beauty, we take great pride in the quality of our products and the care we put into every order.
📦 Order Packing & Delivery
All orders are packed with extra care, and we’re proud to maintain a 100% success rate in delivering items intact. In the rare event that your order goes missing during transit, a dispute will need to be lodged directly with Australia Post.
To protect your order against loss or damage, we strongly encourage customers to select optional insurance at checkout.
❌ Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose carefully when placing your order.
🛍️ Faulty Merchandise
If your item is faulty, we will happily provide an exchange.

The faulty item must be returned to our office for inspection.

All return shipping costs for faulty items will be covered by Phatt Tans & Beauty.

Exchanges will be processed once the returned item has been received and assessed.

Please email us at hello@hausofphatt.com.au with your order number, a description of the fault, and a clear photo. We will respond with the next steps and return instructions.
