Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy

At Phatt Tans & Beauty, we take great pride in the quality of our products and the care we put into every order.

📦 Order Packing & Delivery
All orders are packed with extra care, and we’re proud to maintain a 100% success rate in delivering items intact. In the rare event that your order goes missing during transit, a dispute will need to be lodged directly with Australia Post.

To protect your order against loss or damage, we strongly encourage customers to select optional insurance at checkout.

❌ Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose carefully when placing your order.

🛍️ Faulty Merchandise
If your item is faulty, we will happily provide an exchange.

• The faulty item must be returned to our office for inspection.

• All return shipping costs for faulty items will be covered by Phatt Tans & Beauty.

• Exchanges will be processed once the returned item has been received and assessed.

📮 How to Request an Exchange
Please email us at hello@hausofphatt.com.au with your order number, a description of the fault, and a clear photo. We will respond with the next steps and return instructions.
