Phatt Tans Shipping Policy

At Phatt Tans, we pride ourselves on fast and reliable shipping to get your favourite products to you quickly and safely.

📦 Shipping Schedule
All orders placed before 12 noon (AEST) on business days will be shipped the same day via Express Post. Orders placed after 12 noon or on weekends/public holidays will be shipped the next business day.

🚚 Shipping Method
We use Australia Post Express for all our deliveries to ensure fast and efficient service Australia-wide.

✅ Insurance (Optional but Recommended)
While we do everything we can to ensure your order arrives safely, we recommend insuring any order over $100 for peace of mind.

• Insurance is optional and charged at $2.50 per $100 of order value.

• For example, an order valued at $400 will incur an insurance fee of $10, making the total shipping with insurance $29.50.

If you wish to add insurance to your order, please select this option at checkout.

📍 Tracking
All orders come with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
